Determination of Effects: Historic Bridge Rehabilitation Analysis

Submission Description:

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Engineering District 4-0 is posting the Phase I Historic Bridge Rehabilitation Analysis (HBRA) for the Skinners Falls Project. In order to comply with the PEL guidelines the undertaking is currently in the process of, it was decided that the HBRA would be split into a Phase I and Phase II submission. The Phase 1 portion of the HBRA will focus on options that meet The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation (SOI Standards). PennDOT is not considering whether these options will meet the Purpose and Need for the project during this phase. PennDOT is requesting Consulting Party/SHPO comments/concerns on the submitted Phase I HRBA.
